Paper Bags :)

Recently I had got an order to make 30 paper bags!!!!!

Yes my first ever order!!!!!!

And I made them tooo :)

These are nearly 4.5" by 4.5"

These are blue in color....

And these are dark green and not black as they look....

And this is a close up of the bag.....

Small notebook

I love small booklets.... I have many mini notebooks/booklets....

So I thought why not make one....

And share them with you the method of making it....

What you will need ....

Paper....and paper

Glue

Anything to decorate the paper if you want to...

Some paper clips

First take a few sheets of paper of equal length...

Decorate them if you want....

Here, I punched a few flowers from another card and pasted them on these papers and then using a pen which is a bit darker than my paper(light blue)  I drew outline around the flowers and a line on the top of the sheet....

Then align all the sheets and you can take any glue and apply on one edge like this...

I have used fevicol....

I have posted photos in different angles

Hold them firmly for a few minutes or  use paper clips and let them dry completely 

You can use many sheets to make a thicker booklet and can tear off a sheet whenever you need it ...

I am making a few items using these mini booklets....will post them soon....

And I have quiet a few things lately Will post them too ASAP....

Peacock

Recently someone asked me for some peacock sketches.....

Theirs is a weavers organisation.....

So I drew these drawings ........

Latest craft from my daughter....

This is a card for her friend's Birthday

We used a few wedding cards ,buttons and a paper from some ad champaign...

So I can say that this card is made completely made from recycled items :)

My sister and her room-mate have collected a lot of papers, mostly wedding invitations they get in their office and other pamphlets..... This is one of those papers they had given.....

We cut the basic shapes first and then sticked them.... on this paper

This is an oil on canvas that I had done 2 years ago..The size is nearly 1 1/2ft by 2ft

I have yet to frame this one.....

Paper mache and more

I got these photos while I was browsing through my older photos.....

I haven't made anything from this white paper mache dome made of tissue papers.....but I don't have the hand made paper with me anymore....

I used to do a lot of those papers earlier form newspaper.....

Paper Flowers

I had completely forgotten about these flowers.....

Do you remember the Photo Frame I had made. My mother liked these flowers and she asked me to make a few flowers like those for her to keep them on the table.

These flowers are 3 inches in diameter. and actually I had made another 3 flowers but I forgot to take a photo.
