Hi all !!! I am blogging after a real loong time.... Had been busy with sister's wedding, daughter's exams and a small exhibition. So had no time to blog. I have been doing stuff which I hope to post whenever possible. 

But since I am in my 3rd year of BFA, and loads of assignments to be completed before 18th of this month, can't tell if I will be keeping up my promise of blogging regularly. I have also been trying to learn to bake... So yeah all these things are keeping me reeeaally busy :-D. 

So, for today I am posting a few pics of the ear rings that I had made for the exhibition. Hope to see you soon( psst will try n schedule my posts if possible so that I don't look tooo absent in the blog world :-P)

These are a few earrings I made recently. I had made many more, but my sister who was visiting me recently nicked a few of them and she has told me that she will be sending the pics of those earrings as soon as possible. 

I do have a few more pieces of jewellry that I have made. I have to click pics of those and will post them when I do so.

Quilled Watches

Hey All!!! Here are some quilled watches that I did.....

One was for my sister and the other was for a customer. And like my other woks, these too are simple. And I like the way they are. They are wearable and just not some piece of art. What do you say?

I love to make jewellery.... But I do not have any tools or knowledge :(

But that cannot stop me from experimenting HeHe!!!!

And this is what I made for my daughter!!

And she loves it!!!!! Yahooo!!(its becoming a bit harder for me to impress my little girl who is growing up toooo fast :( )

Anyway I have made another bracelet for myself using wooden beads...That will be for my next post.....

Rosettes Hairpins

I have not posted anything recently...

Family problems and health issues.......

This is a felt rosett which I used it as a hairpin for my daughter.

Actually I had planned all my blog posts of  February earlier, and so until these days I had to just reply on the comments...............

Now I am taking pics of my recent works and will have to upload them as soon as possible....

Paper Bracelet!!!

Few days back Ann from All things paper had posted a few photoes about these recycled ornaments..............


I liked it very much and it reminded me of our school days.

Of course we didnt do any bracelets but we used to fold the paper and do this craft.........And I had to make these............:)

And I am very happy that I made it(since it is made from old magazine and I love recycling).........And my daughter loves it too ......She even wore it to her school this Saturday :)












This is not a tutorial since I forgot to take photoes while doing....


But will share a few ones which I took........
I started off with a rectangle paper of nearly 2.5 cms and 6cms(I am not totally sure about the measurements because I didnt measure them )
Fold it lenghtwise and breadthwise few times to get the below shape....

Just make a number of these and make a chain like this...

And TaDa........the bracelet is ready.........
