Hey All!!! Here are some quilled watches that I did.....

One was for my sister and the other was for a customer. And like my other woks, these too are simple. And I like the way they are. They are wearable and just not some piece of art. What do you say?

Decals

Hi !! Am back with another post!! And this one again is a post with a difference!!

Any guesses?  This is vinyl on a glass bottle!!  Yes! And I got it from Sristhi!! 
We made two of these as keepsake. Am thinking of putting a tea light candle in there or just some LED string in the evenings. P and D represents our names.

She has made many wall decals . You can check them here, here , here and here. I have seen them personally and not just me , but my daughter loved them too. My daughter has been eating my head off to get some for her room too, which I have been postponing from long :D
Think now I might have to get them after all.

Tick--Tock--Tick --Tock

Heya fellas!!! Am back with more clocks... These are 2 months old and now I realize that I should have clicked these prior to framing . Coz if you have tried to click any painting or clock or photo frame after framing, you might have realized that it is really hard to get a clear picture of what is behind the glass. I have been trying to click a few paintings of mine but not successful coz unlike these paintings are quite huge in size. Anyway I can say lessons learnt never go waste.

These two clocks are small in size 6' by 6'. And both of them have a nice background which you cannot make it out in these pics

 Hey !!!! Wish you all a very very happy new year!!! Wish you all have a very very prosperous 2013.

This is what I did in the new year. Yep this reminds me that time doesn't wait for anyone nor anything...like the flying birds in the clock. Hope to utilize the time properly this year.

The first pic is the one without glass i.e, framing and the second one is the one after putting on the glass.

Die-Cuts

Hi Friends!!! 

I have been seeing crafters using so many die-cuts a lot in all their project, and I too wanted those pretty die-cuts for myself..... Just when I was thinking about hunting for some die-cuts , I met Pratibha from SRISTHI ...... So instead of getting me a Die-cut machine and emptying all brain just to get the machine work for me, I asked Pratibha for a few die-cuts.... 

So in today's post is all about what I got from Sristhi. 

Look at this butterfly!!!! It's 3 inches... and its soo beautiful!! And by the way, all the light colored stuff that you see are either light cream, pink and green.. though they appear to be white in colour.

And the lace....lotsa hearts......

I even made her give me all the negatives too ;-) That is my evil Grin...

And many Scalloped rosettes...

I brought a set of these too.. but somehow lost them except this one ....

I have got a few more goodies to show ... but I have to search them up in the boxes... as I still have to unpack my boxes... So will post the rest of my loot from Sristhi in the next post :)

I'm Back!!!

Hello !!!! I'm back!!! Missed the blogworld and my blogfriends soo much.

Was super busy, so no updates on the blog in the recent few months.... But I am back and hope to be active here :)

We recently shifted to Mumbai as some of my Blogfriends know... And then I had to run to Mysore for my BFA classes before which I had to complete the assignment......

My house is still not set properly.... but I haven't stopped doing crafts or paintings... 

So here I am back with a few pics from my first exhibition... held in Guntur during October last week along with Pratibha from Sristhi, and three other lovely ladies. Life has been soooo bloody hectic in the past 3 months..... So now I  am chilling out.......just relaxing........

So here are a few pics from the exhibition... Since it was my first exhibition and all, lot of confusion, lot of stress and lot of last minute work, didn't take proper pics....
