GEJJE VASTRA

Gejje vastra or gejjostra.... these are ornaments made out of cotton....
Of course I didnt made these... These are my Mom's crafting.....
We use these Gejjostra as ornaments for God... in almost all festivals....




My Mom uses cotton.......... and.............

These shiny paper............. which are actually coulured aluminium sheets.........

Which is cut into small pieces...............

The final product looks like these......

Using a little bit of creativity, flowers and necklaces are made.....

BOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We do not celebrate Halloween... Infact most o us do not even know about Halloween and stuff.....
But I have been seeing so many fun stuff about Halloween, I had to make one too for my small one!!!!!

And so I made these :)

It looks ..........better........... than the photo.....

Anyway I made the owl from an old pop-corn bucket!!!!

I had made these candles for this year's Diwali!!
I am stuck with Orange colour!! What to do?!?!?!
I like white too
So I made these white candles!!!

I still have a lot of wax and I am intending to make a few more candles.......
Coz I have burnt most of these candles!!!! :(

Also these are a few decorations I made these for this Diwali!!!!!

I changed alot of these decorations ..............I tried different combinations..........

Thought I would share this with you!!!

Paper Boxes!!!

Finally I did it!!!!!
Yesterday I had posted about these paper flwers and finally I have made these origamy boxes!!!!
I had never thought that I would complete these boxes by today................:) :) :)

These can be used for gifting purpose......what with Diwali season and all!!!!!
I am going to use these and make some more too.......

Paper Flowers............

I had made these paper flowers last week..........

The first two flowers are made of magazine cover sheets...

The next tho are made out of magazine sheets

And the next three flowers are made of regular A4 sheet.......

Am hoping to make some useful things out of these......that tooo hopefully by tommorrow!!!! :)

I had been wanting to make these Kusudama Flowers from a long time....... Though I had made these using regular paper and it had not turned out that nice....

So I tried this one out using magazine paper....and I liked it.........And since I had been visiting my Mom , I had not been able to post about this and I have not been able to create anything new recently..... I am posting this today with this Blog hop......
